Bariloche, Argentina
Bariloche is located in the southern Argentinean side of Patagonia and is a small but important city with a population of about 90.000 people. It is located in the heart of one of Latin America's largest national parks and on the cusp of the Andes' Nahuel Huapi Lake. There is the opportunity to hike in snow-capped mountains, see rivers and glaciers and the area is practically undisturbed in Patagonia's vast territory. It is a main recreational place for skiing, rafting, rappelling, hiking, biking, and diving.
